Michael Carter is currently the Executive General Manager of QR Network. In this role, Michael is responsible for directing the largest infrastructure development program in QR Network’s history, involving investment projects valued at more than $6 billion on the Southeast Queensland metropolitan network and $3.7 billion on the Central Queensland coal systems.
