Dave Gardiner is the Managing Director and co-founder of Portland Group. Dave has global operational and consulting experience in combining the disciplines of supply chain and procurement in building effective supply solutions. In his previous role at Mars Confectionery, Dave was responsible for developing a leading supply solution for more than one billion products, across 15 countries with more than 100 suppliers. More recently in Australia Dave has led a number of projects to remove inefficiencies from the supply chain through improved supplier management practices.
