Carla Geddes is the founder and Lead Facilitator of the Performance Drivers Consortium (PDC) in Sydney and the co-founder of the High Performance Consortium (HPC) in Victoria. Previously, Carla was a Director of the Australian chapter of the Association of Manufacturing Excellence and Chair of the Australian Supply Chain Council. Carla has international industry experience from her time as Vice President, Operations for Reckitt & Colman in Canada and worked for Procter & Gamble for 15 years in senior production and marketing roles. Carla has experience in manufacturing, supply chain and business transformation and is passionate about improving Australian businesses through leveraged learning networks, world class manufacturing and lean enterprise concepts.
