ANDREW GRACE, Operations Director Asia Pacific, Reader's Digest, Australia

In 2004, Andrew Grace was appointed Operations Director at Reader’s Digest, where he is responsible for supply chain management and customer service across 12 countries within the Asia Pacific. In addition to this, he is also responsible for overseeing the production of 20 million copies of magazines and books annually. Andrew recently championed teams within the region to improve the distribution of direct mail with DHL Australia and New Zealand Post. Prior to his work with Reader’s Digest, Andrew completed a Bachelor of Commerce and worked extensively throughout Asia, managing positions within McDonalds’ supply chain production and distribution vendors based in South Korea, Hong Kong and Australia.
