SIMON ORMSBY,General Manager - Commercial, Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC)

HALF PLENARY SESSIONS (B) wednesday 11.45am - 12.30pm

Simon Ormsby holds the position of General Manager Commercial and has been with ARTC since 1999. Simon currently oversees the functions of ocrporate planning, infrastructure strategy development, access regulation and manages commercial relationships with customers. During his time with ARTC, Simon has served in various commercial and customer management roles, was part of the team that negotiated and then implemented ARTC's take up of the lease of the NSW interstate tracks in 2004. Prior to joining ARTC, Simon worked for the Economic Development Authority, and various financial institutions. Simon holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Management and Marketing.
