PAUL STANLEY, General Manager Commercial Operations, Unipart, Australia

Paul Stanley has 30 years experience working for the Unipart Group in a wide variety of commercial and operational management roles. In August 2008, Paul moved to Australia and became General Manager Commercial Operations. He is responsible for the growth of Unipart Aftermarket Logistics business. His expertise has been deployed in the management of many Unipart business disciplines such as global reverse logistics, client account management, engineering and inventory management. In recent years Paul has worked with a number of Unipart’s clients, and has recently completed a consultancy assignment with a UK based global business, focused on the development and delivery of strategies, programmes and projects to begin to create a lean organisation.
