Shams Rahman is Associate Professor and Director of Logistics and Supply Chain at RMIT University, Melbourne. In addition to his academic roles, Shams is the Associate Editor of the International Journal of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management, a Regional Editor of the International Journal of Logistics and Supply Chain Management Systems, and a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Advances in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management. Shams has published more than 85 papers in a variety of international journals and book chapters, and has referred papers in international conference proceedings. He has extensive experience in consulting, organising and delivering workshops for multinational companies and has presented on issues including six-sigma and lean management, reverse logistics and supply chain management.
