Joining the Supply Chain team at IGD in 2002, James Tupper manages Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) workgroups, sessions and learning programmes and runs many performance improvement sessions. James also creates and facilitates collaborative programmes during which cross-functional trading partner teams ‘learn-by-doing’ together and achieve millions of pounds worth of business benefits. A member of the ECR Europe Packaging & Sustainability Workgroup of suppliers and retailers, James is preparing a guidance document for senior executives in the industry. James has 20 years experience in developing people and business performance in the food and grocery industry across Europe, Asia and Africa and has undertaken assignments all over the world.
