STRUCTURE, CONDUCT AND PERFORMANCE: Optimising Supply Chain Management
Guest Speaker: Dr Chris Dubelaar, Professor of Marketing, Bond University Queensland
In this not to be missed presentation, Dr Dubelaar explain the importance of context when managing logistics and supply chain, and how to challenge existing structures to stay true to the strategic direction of the business.
Chris Dubelaar came to academia from GM Canada where he was an engineer. He has studied performance and performance measurement in all its guises, published papers in leading academic journals and presented at international conferences. His recent concentration has been on performance measurement and technology implementation at many levels. He holds a BASc (Waterloo), MBA (Laurier) and PhD (Alberta).
