Submissions will be assessed in accordance with the criteria defined for each award category.
The awards committee will assess the validity and award potential entirely on the content of the submitted nomination.
Submissions must indicate the award for which the entry is nominated.
The nomination must be for demonstrable excellence, not proposals or partly implemented projects.

All materials supplied by companies in support of their nomination will be treated in confidence by the organizers and judges of The Smart Awards and will not be provided to any other parties
The judges reserve the right to make the final decision on all awards. No correspondence will be entered into.
