An update on developments impacting supply chain management in China
In his presentation, Mark Millar will explore some of the latest supply chain developments in China, including highlights of the logistics and transportation market, recent developments in infrastructure and customs regulations, and a case study on nationwide domestic distribution in the retail sector.
Mark’s international business development career spans more than 20 years, during which he has lived in the UK, the Netherlands, Australia, Singapore, USA, Ireland, China and Hong Kong. In China, Mark held executive positions at Platinum Logistix, ModusLink, Exel Contract Logistics and UPS Supply Chain Solutions. In Hong Kong, Mark is an elected Council Member at the Hong Kong Logistics Association and serves as Chair of the Logistics Committee at the British Chamber of Commerce. Whilst previously based in Shanghai, he served as Logistics Committee Vice Chair at the American Chamber of Commerce and as Honorary Chairman of the China Supply Chain Council.
