Aimee Williamson, Executive Director, Russell Reynolds Associates

  • Aimee is a business psychologist and member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Leadership and Succession Practice, advising clients and providing insight in the areas of executive hiring, succession planning, leadership development, and the alignment between business strategy, culture and people.  She leads the Practice in Australia and is a member of the Asia/Pacific team.


    Aimee has more than 15 years of leadership assessment and talent consulting experience, and has worked with clients across a broad range of industries in Australia, and throughout Asia/Pacific.  Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Aimee engaged with clients in the areas of organisational capability, leadership development and talent management via her own consulting firm.  Previously, Aimee spent seven years with SHL Group (now CEB), initially as a consultant and senior leader in Australia, before moving to Singapore where she was Vice President, Products for Asia/Pacific and later Managing Director, Asia.  Aimee began her career in Human Resources, working with UBS and the Australian Government.


    Aimee has presented at numerous conferences with a focus on leadership, talent development and psychometrics, including the World Human Resources Conference, the Australian Industrial and Organisational Psychology Conference, the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology and the International Test Users Conference.


    Aimee holds a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology and Master of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University.  She also holds an M.B.A. from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
