  • Karen Livey is passionate about facilitating new team cultures. Through her dynamic teachings and unique outlook on learning, her clients always leave excited and ready to implement changes leading to long term sustainable transformations.

    With over two decades of presenting, facilitating and leading workshops, plus having real-life experiences, Karen’s view of creating opportunities is radically different. She appreciates how important it is to develop yourself from the inside out and present yourself in a confident, engaging manner.

    Karen is sometimes referred to as the “Sassy Lady” for her ability to engage with individuals in a lively and bold way to bring out the best in people. She is known for her practical, street-smarts style creating a fusion of real-life stories and conversational techniques that connect with her audience at an individual level.

    As a Certified Expert Presenter (CEP), an accreditation with the Global Institute of Training and Presenting, Karen has thrilled her audience through learning how brain science can help them work smarter. She incorporates this cutting edge knowledge and blends it to formulate simple and practical ways to use it in the workplace.

    Relationships are important to Karen, and she believes collaborating with her clients gives the best possible results for everyone to achieve their expected outcomes.

    Karen has sat on various National Boards and has been recognised for Outstanding Leadership from the International Women’s Leadership Association, as well as being a member of Stanford Who’s Who.

    Karen enjoys being out and about with family and dogs on the beaches of Western Australia, and has been seen splashing around in the ocean on the odd occasion.
